Our Facility
Our 40,000 square foot facility is the home of various departments that work together to meet our customers’ requirements and manufacturing needs. Some of those departments are:
- Engineering & Design – where custom designed tooling is developed to meet customer’s print dimensions and specifications
- CNC Department – where Wire EDM and EDM Machines, EDM Small Hole Driller (Hole Popper), Machining Centers and Surface Grinding Machines produce the tooling components
- Tool Room – where die components are completed and assembled by our skilled tool and die makers
- Stamping/Production – where parts are stamped on GRIPflow® presses currently ranging in size from 100 tons to 440 tons
- Deburring – where burrs on stamped parts are eliminated by one of our vibratory deburring machines or Niederberger sanding machines
- Quality Control – where manufacturing operations are checked to confirm that parts and components are made to print tolerances and specifications
- Shipping – where products are checked and packaged to protect them from damage during shipment
EBway welcomes you to visit and learn more about the services it has to offer. It is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida west of I-95 off Cypress Creek Road on the north side of Executive Airport. EBway is only 12 miles (20 minutes) north of the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
